I am a CEO and board member who loves the challenge of lifting an organization to new heights – helping an organization find new sustainable sources of energy and growth and innovating in sustainable business models and partnerships.
I have more than 25 years of experience in Tech, Consumer Goods, Healthcare in North America, Europe and Asia. Today, I am enjoying living in Norway where I led a period of enormous growth and transformation over 5 years as the GM of Microsoft Norway and was the CEO of Orkla Home & Personal Care.
I have now taken on the most important challenge of my career, as a Friend of Ocean Action and the CEO of an ambitious foundation - HUB Ocean, working at the cutting edge of data, technology and collaboration, aiming to change the fate of the ocean.
